Where applicable, MetaWin.us will also contact you by email or in-account message with confirmation that you are a potential winner, the prize type. Make sure your contact details are up to date and that you have opted in to receive emails.

For many prize draws, you can visit the competition page to see the winners section and prize breakdowns once the results are finalized.
How Prizes Are Credited
Prizes on MetaWin.us are awarded in line with the SC Game Rules and Terms of Service.
1. SC and competition prizes
Depending on the promotion, your prize may be credited to your MetaWin.us account as Gold Coins (GC) Sweepstakes Coins (SC) or other prize balance
All prizes are subject to eligibility checks and any play-through, minimum redemption, and state-specific limits described in the SC Game Rules.
2. Verification
You are not an official winner until verification is complete (this should be done already).
MetaWin may ask you to complete identity, age, address, and sanctions screening, and to confirm ownership of any wallet or payment method used.
If you do not complete verification within the time specified, the prize may be forfeited as described in the SC Game Rules.
Using Your Prize
GC & SC can be used to enter eligible sweepstakes games and Off-Chain Competitions on MetaWin.us. Only SC won through games or Prize Competitions and played through as required become Eligible SC for redemption.
