You can access your MetaWin account securely by logging in with your email address — no password required. Each time you log in, we’ll send you a one-time login email containing both a login link and a 6-digit verification code.
Step 1: Enter Your Email
On the MetaWin login screen, select “Login with Email.”
Enter the email address linked to your MetaWin account, then click Continue.
Step 2: Check Your Inbox
Look for an email from MetaWin with the subject line:
Subject: Your one-time login link
The email will include:
A login link that grants you instant access
A 6-digit verification code you can enter manually onsite
💡 If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Step 3: Log In Using the Link (Recommended)
Open the email and click the login link.
You’ll be redirected and automatically logged in to your MetaWin account.
Step 4: Or Log In Using the Code
Return to the MetaWin login page.
Enter the 6-digit code from the email.
You’ll be redirected and automatically logged in to your MetaWin account.
Step 5: Link & Code Expiration
For security reasons, both the login link and verification code expire after 15 minutes.
If either expires, simply repeat the process to receive a new email.
Tips
Make sure you use the same email address linked to your MetaWin account.
Each login link and code can only be used once.
If you don’t receive the email after a few minutes, try again or contact support through the in-site chat.
