Step 1: Choose Your Coin Package
Go to the Coin Store by clicking the '+' symbol in the navigation at the top of your screen.
Browse the available packages, each includes Gold Coins (GC) plus a bonus of free Sweepstakes Coins (SC).
Select your preferred package (for example, 10,000 Gold Coins + 10.02 FREE SC for $10 in equivalent crypto).
Step 2: Select “Web3” and Connect Your Wallet
On the purchase screen, select the Web3 tab.
If you haven’t connected a wallet yet, click Connect Wallet and choose your preferred Web3 wallet via MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or another compatible option.
Approve the wallet connection in your app or browser extension.
🔐 Tip: Make sure your wallet is connected to the correct network (e.g., Ethereum, Base, or Arbitrum One Chain).
Step 3: Review Your Order
Once connected, you’ll see:
The coin package details (e.g., 10,000 Gold Coins + 10.02 SC)
The crypto amount required (automatically calculated)
Your wallet address and balance
The network being used (e.g., Ethereum)
Double-check these details before continuing.
Step 4: Complete Your Purchase
Click Get Coins to initiate your purchase.
Your wallet will prompt you to confirm the transaction, approve it to complete your purchase.
Wait a few seconds for the transaction to process on-chain.
⏱️ Processing times vary depending on network congestion, but most transactions complete within a few seconds.
Step 5: Confirmation Email
When your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with subject “Your MetaWin purchase is complete”
This email includes:
The amount added to your MetaWin account
The crypto address your payment was received from
The transaction hash (TX ID) for on-chain verification
Step 6: Confirm Your Balance
Your Gold Coins (GC) and bonus Sweepstakes Coins (SC) will automatically appear in your MetaWin balance.

Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure your wallet has enough crypto to cover both the package cost and gas fees.
Avoid unstable internet connections during a transaction.
