Step 1: Choose Your Coin Package
Go to the Coin Store by clicking the ‘+’ symbol in the navigation at the top of your screen.
Browse the available packages, each includes Gold Coins (GC) plus a bonus of free Sweepstakes Coins (SC).
Select your preferred package (for example, 10,000 Gold Coins + 10.02 FREE SC for $10 in equivalent crypto).
Step 2: Select “Crypto”
On the purchase screen, select the Crypto tab.
You’ll see the details of your package, including:
The Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins included
The crypto amount required
The currency and network to send from (e.g., ETH on Ethereum)
💡 Note: The crypto amount shown is an estimate based on live conversion rates and may vary slightly depending on exchange conditions.
Step 3: Copy the Address or Scan the QR Code
You’ll see your unique crypto address and amount displayed on screen.
You can:
Copy the crypto address and paste it into your sending wallet or exchange
Or scan the QR code to populate the address and amount automatically
⚠️ Important: Only send the exact crypto amount shown to the displayed address and network (e.g., ETH → Ethereum). Crypto method payments must be sent on the Ethereum network only. Transfers made on other networks may not be recoverable.
Step 4: Complete Your Purchase
Confirm and send the transaction from your wallet or exchange.
Once your purchase is made, the blockchain will process it automatically.
⏱️ Processing times vary depending on the network used, but most transactions complete within a few minutes.
Step 5: Confirmation Email
When your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with subject “Your MetaWin purchase is complete”
This email includes:
The amount added to your MetaWin account
The crypto address your payment was received from
The transaction hash (TX ID) for on-chain verification
Step 6: Confirm Your Balance
Once processed, your Gold Coins (GC) and bonus Sweepstakes Coins (SC) will automatically appear in your MetaWin balance.

Ensure you send the exact amount displayed on the screen.
Always double-check the network before confirming your purchase.
