Step 1: Open Your Wallet
Click 'Redeem' from the left-hand navigation.

From the Virtual Balance tab, find Sweepstake Coins (SC) and click Convert.
Step 2: Verify Your Account (if required)
If this is your first time redeeming, you’ll need to complete a quick identity verification.
Click Start Verification when prompted.
Follow the Veriff verification flow on your smartphone or desktop:
Use a valid photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license).
Complete a selfie check to confirm your identity.
Once verified, you’ll be able to redeem freely in the future.

Step 3: Convert Your Sweepstakes Coins to Crypto
Once verified:
Enter the amount of SC to convert to crypto (minimums apply).
Select Web3 as your redemption method.
Choose your preferred network (e.g., Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum).
Click Convert.
Your Sweepstakes Coins (SC) will automatically convert to your selected cryptocurrency, allowing you to redeem them to your external wallet.
Step 4: Redemption to Your Web3 Wallet
Go to your Web3 tab.
Select the cryptocurrency you’d like to redeem.
Choose your preferred network.
Confirm the From and To wallets (e.g., from MetaWin → MetaMask).
Enter the amount of crypto you'd like to redeem.
Review the details, then click Redeem.
🔗 Make sure your wallet is connected and on the same network you selected during redemption.
Step 5: Confirm Redemption via Email
After you click Redeem, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your redemption address.
Open the email with the subject “MetaWin Redemption Confirmation Required”.
Review your redemption amount and destination wallet address.
Click Confirm Address to authorize the redemption.
⚠️ This is a mandatory security step and redemptions will not be processed until you confirm the address.
Step 6: Redemption Complete
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a second email with the subject “Your MetaWin Redemption Complete”.
This confirms your redemption has been successfully processed and includes:
The total amount redeemed
The wallet address (partially hidden for security)
A blockchain transaction hash so you can track it on-chain
